You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer time. 50% charge applies for cancellations made within 24 hours. Refunds are reflected in your account within 3-5 business days.

Yes, the stated prices are fixed. There is no price increase due to traffic congestion, road conditions or any other reason. The price determined during reservation is valid.

No, we provide service 24/7 at the same price. No additional charge is requested for transfers made at night or early morning hours.
